The transport activity is monitored taking into account the performance indicators that refer to:

• fulfillment of the lead times agreed together with the clients;
• analyzing the damages percentage revealed during the transport process.

These parameters can be defined and identified in accordance with the clients requirements and they could be introduced in the IT integrated system, being always easily monitored and analyzed.

The enire personnel involved in the transport activity is trained and prepared in accordance with the qualitative requirements of the clients. The company provides the whole necessary infrastructure as well as the assessment and monitoring processes for the individual performance of each employee involved within a training center in the company.
